No Laces

a song by Ken (my cousin) and his band (Time.Space.Repeat). No Laces is a working name, the other is called Saved. They have not decided yet.

The general idea being that it's looking back at a time when the narrator was deeply unstable (that is, falling apart) with 'no laces' to hold them together (as in a corset rather than a shoe). the first bit is more looking around at what they have now and how life is good. It's slightly awkward in the respect that it seems to focus more on the negative aspect of the song in the second half, but really it's meant to be quite a positive song thanking the unknown benefactor for their help in darker times.
