Al Gore showed how beautiful earth is, how it has changed and how awfully ugly and alarming it will soon become if we do not take good care of it. An excellent educational tool and finally is gaining some publicity only after winning the Oscar. 1 hour 40 mins of distressing data and facts about the global warming. Perhaps there’s a reason why it wasn’t in the media before, that it might raise controversy? Forget about pollution by the Americans for a moment, let's look at something and somewhere closer, take the bush fire in Sumatra for example, numerous peat conversion fires, slash-and-burn agriculture fires, and wildfires affecting millions suffering from poor air condition and breathing problems caused by the hazardous haze. In the end, who were the culprits?? Ha! The plantations were owned by Malaysians. The issue continued and conveniently shoved under the carpet year after year. How nice.

It takes little effort. Such as recycling, making sure your tires are properly inflated, turn off electronic devices when you are not using it, clean/replace aircon filters etc.
